The normal rules of chess apply. There is thirty minutes time per player. This is, however, a friendly competition, so it is expected that help and encouragement is given to new players. There is no penalty time for illegal moves (just stop the clock and take the move back). If a player cannot play in a game on the specified date try to arrange the game on another date before the next round starts.
